A Night of Fine Dining at Victoria Warehouse

This week we were fortunate enough to receive VIP treatment from Smart Hospitality at the impressive new event venue, Victoria Warehouse. Let us tell you all about our fabulous evening!Alongside other industry professionals we enjoyed a delicious 8-course menu full of delectable cuisine that had us calling for more Chef, more! Each course, as well as being accompanied by specially selected wines that perfectly balanced every bite, were also given an eloquent introduction from the Head Chef, Simon Mason.  I could tell you about every mouth-watering plate of food we got to enjoy, but I don’t want to make you too jealous. I think the pictures we got of some of the courses will be enough to tantalise your taste buds!

Victoria Warehouse: A venue for all occasions

 What made the evening even more impressive were the fantastic surroundings that we found ourselves in. The Victoria Warehouse is a new unique venue space in Manchester, but having been built in the 1900s, it represents a strong symbol of Manchester’s industrial past. Stripped back and innovatively refurbished while staying true to the building’s history provides a truly inspiring venue space.

The tour we were taken on of all the different areas of the venue had my head flood with ideas for event designs that I hope we can produce in the future. A huge and massively flexible floor space means that the venue can adapt to any event, a fact testified to by the diverse range of people, products and occasions they’ve already played host to. So whether you’re putting on an event, looking for an innovative boutique hotel for a weekend in the city, or simply want to try somewhere new to eat, Victoria Warehouse really has it all. I needn’t say more as the venue really speaks for itself!

A wonderful time was had by all and we’d just like to give a massive thank you to Smart Hospitality and everyone at Victoria Warehouse for such a delightful evening and we can’t wait to come back and see you again.
