We were delighted when Glossybox chose Qube Events & Productions to style their 10th birthday celebration! The theme of the special occasion was encapsulated in their 10 Years of Beauty box – mirror balls. The venue – King Street Town House, Manchester. The brief – shimmer walls and disco balls! We knew this was going to be one glamorous event and we couldn’t wait to get to work.
We began working on this corporate event by designing bespoke mirror ball structures that welcomed the guests to the party. The structures were constructed on various sized balls which were decorated with vibrant fresh and dried floral arrangements with sweetest aroma.
Would an event hosting Instagram and TikTok influencers be complete without a flower wall? We thought not! We continued the disco ball theme out on the terrace and adorned the foliage wall with mini mirror balls and dusty pink toned roses. It was the perfect spot to showcase the large custom-made Glossybox neon light and created just one of many Instagrammable moments of the event!
Glossybox wanted to showcase their anniversary box on a vanity unit as guests entered the venue. We carefully placed mini mirror balls and small bud vases with colourful flowers around each box. We loved this little section of the decor, giving the guests a taster for what to expect throughout the rest of the venue.
The final piece of decor we created were these three acrylic plinths containing loosely place mirror balls with floral arrangements. Glossybox used this decor to later showcase some of the gorgeous items that were included in the special ten year anniversary box.
