We had the opportunity to plan the event from start to finish. We produced invitations and event stationery, and provided everything from venue styling, staging and lighting to booking various entertainment acts to ensure this was a truly unforgettable night for everyone involved.

Full planning Barmitzvah Planning Services took place on April 19th at the Manchester Piccadilly Hotel for Sammy’s Barmitzvah. This was subject to meticulous planning well ahead of time to ensure everything ran smoothly on the night.

Sammy certainly knew how to make an entrance, and our planning even went as far as arranging circus lessons for him, allowing him to enter via an acrobatic aerial hoop routine! And the fun certainly didn’t stop there. The circus entertainers who entered alongside Sammy continued to perform throughout the night, as well as a live band, and a football freestyler who appeared as a surprise to everybody but our event planning team.

Bespoke Barmitzvah Styling from Qube Events & Productions

Held on April 19th at the Manchester Piccadilly Hotel, Sammy’s Barmitzvah was subject to meticulous planning well ahead of time, such was the magnitude of the event, and the fact that we were tasked with providing complete end-to-end barmitzvah planning services.

Bespoke Barmitzvah Styling from Qube Events

Part of our bespoke event styling service for Sammy’s Barmitzvah involved us branding everything with ‘SAMMY’! As you can see in the pictures of the night, a wide array of decor were adorned with the ‘SAMMY’ logo, including the DJ booth, bar, glasses and even drinks bottles. And we also ensured that guests could take home their very own souvenir of the event, by debuting our Event Photo Magnet activity at the barmitzvah. This allowed revellers the chance to have their photos taken that were then produced as magnets on the same day for guests to keep for themselves.
