During an initial consultation, your venue stylist will find out all about your wedding plans so far – venue, season, budget, style/theme – as well as your overall big day styling vision. They can then advise on the type of decor and colour palettes that will align with your wishes and set the desired ambience before pulling together concept ideas for your ceremony, reception and evening party.

Here at Qube Events, we offer free styling consultations where we will talk through all aspects of your day and provide ideas and inspiration for each element. Concept Development

Next, a styling mood board will be put together, and the concept further developed to include all the styling elements that you require and fitting of your chosen theme. At Qube Events, our couples are allocated their very own event manager who will work with them to bring their dream vision to life. This is done via a detailed mood board and style quote, providing a ‘shopping list’ of specially tailored decor for couples to choose from. Then the fine-tuning begins to bring everything perfectly in line and to ensure every detail is covered.


Your venue stylist should handle the logistics in terms of researching the venue and arranging access and set up for the big day, plus collection of the decor following the wedding. Our team has a great relationship with many top wedding venues throughout Cheshire and Lancashire, where we work regularly, but we also love the opportunity to style new settings all across the UK.

On The Day

Ahead of the proceedings, your stylist will transport all the decor, props and furniture hired through them to the venue and dress the space in line with your chosen look.
